of July beach party and BBQ. Come join us again for fun under the sun, food,
good friends and fireworks at Doheny State beach in Dana Point. We will be post
up just east of pedestrian cross-over (hope to have a groovy sign). Bring the
whole family!!!! We will have a bbq running all day so bring your favorite item
for the grill, snacks, drinks, etc. Will have an RV this year for things you
need to store or naps for the little ones. This event for Deaf, HOH and sign
students/interps. We will have a 50/50 and prize raffles. Come support this
event again or for the first time as we want to make this a yearly gathering.
Get there early as street parking goes quick. We will camp overnight to insure

Friday, July 25th from 9 AM - 7 PM, Saturday, July 26th from 9 AM -8 PM, and
Sunday, July 27th from 10 am - 4 PM. All courses offered are UC/CSU
transferable: ASL 120-140 -Beginning-Avdanced American Sign Language
Conversation (2 units). Please come and join us for a fun and exciting weekend!
The ASL Summer Immersion Institute courses REQUIRE: Completion of. 5 units of
ONLINE work between June 30th -July 18th Attendance and participation in class,
small and large group sessions, meals and Deaf social activities through the
entire weekend. Registration, Costs and Fees: Students not currently enrolled in
SBCC must apply to the college as a new applicant @ www.sbcc.edu/apply THEN

of Hearing welcomes you to BOWLING AND SOCIAL GATHERING at Fantasy Lanes, 84245
Indio Springs Drive., Indio, CA. This is a great time for adults and
families with children are welcome. If you want to bowl, we ask you to arrive by
11:45 am so you can get your bowling shoes, find the ball you want to use, and
be ready to start bowling at 12 Noon. The bowling alley gives us the very
special low rate of $2 per person for each game bowled, and shoe rental is at no
cost. If you want to socialize but don't want to bowl, you will still be
welcome. All D/deaf, hard of hearing, and ASL students who are ready for some
