February 25-26, 2008.  CDC welcomes you to 2008 EHDI Conference at the Astor Crowne Plaza Hotel, New Orleans, LA.  Susan Schaller is presenting a paper on Deaf Language Rights at the conference, and am available to present for any group in or near New Orleans while I am in the area. I work with the newly formed Deaf Bilingual Coalition and as an advocate for Deaf Human Rights. My work with languageless deaf adults has inspired me to speak out for bilingualism and the right of every deaf baby to be exposed to a visual - a signed - language. Hopefully, my second book, Lives Without Words, People Without Language will soon be published.
