HELP

I own a coffee house in Oceanside, Ca. and would like to do a bimonthly, if not weekly deaf night with deaf baristas and subtitled movies on the patio. If there is someone willing to help me put this together and get it going we could turn it into a nice fundraising event. I would need help hiring and training 2 baristas and finding innovative ways to get the word out to deaf people and their families.
